We really like this one! An italian heirloom, with a pale green skin. It remains super tender and the skin remains soft, regardless of when you pick it, which makes it great for that time of year that seems like the zucchini is growing faster than you can pick it. Best when picked at 12-15", otherwise the seeds do get large and need to be removed. Great for cooking, baking and eating fresh.
