Maker Requirements & Rules
To ensure the success of all Makers and maintain the high standards of our seasonal market, please review our requirements below:

General Requirements:

  • We focus on handmade, locally-produced, and seasonal products. Items must align with our theme (pumpkins, fall decor, Christmas trees, holiday wreaths, etc.).
  • All products must be clearly labeled with a price, a vendor ID/item number and an item name that matches your inventory spreadsheet. (If your item does not have a vendor marking on the package, please use something like your initials+item number on the tag. Eg: $4.99 KJ155) We had an elderberry vendor last year who had bags of tea with their name and product name. All she needed to do was put a price tag on. My goal is that whoever is working the checkout stand can easily read the tag and know exactly how to ring it up, so a vendor ID, Item name/number, and price are a must. Avoid using yard sale stickers, as we prefer high-quality, elegant tags for a more polished presentation
Consignment Details:
  • We charge a 20% consignment fee for each sale made at our location.
  • Makers will receive payment at the end of the season via check or venmo, based on total sales.  All unsold items, along with a detailed sales sheet and payment will be available upon pickup, for the fall season, no later than 10/30/25 and for Christmas, no later than 12/3/26.
  • If you wish to have your own display, please schedule a time to come set up & teardown. If you wish to have your items mixed with the other items in our retail space, we will be scheduling appointments:
     -Fall season drop-offs: 8/8-10/25
     -Fall season pick-ups: 10/27-30/205
     -Christmas season drop-offs: 10/31/25-11/2/25
We do this by appointment only for a few reasons:
    1) We are a working farm, with a lot of moving parts.  If you show up, I will more than likely be busy doing something else.
    2) I have to be able to go through your inventory and verify quantities, hear your items stories, and make sure everything is organized.
    3) I want to make sure that I am available.  As much as I don't like leaving my farm, I have to leave it at times, and I want to make sure I'm here when you stop.

Maker Expectations:
  • Makers must schedule drop off and pickup times
  • Makers must have high quality products clearly priced and labeled.
  • Only pre-approved items are allowed.
  • Sharing in public and on social media will help you sell your items. We have events throughout the season that help bring new customers in. Please share and comment on the social media posts and encourage friends and family to attend. The more people who come, the more sales you'll make.
