Valid Dates: Any operating day from September 4 – October 25, 2026

Hours: Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Bring either of the following when you arrive:

Your online order number (digital or printed), OR

A photo ID matching the name on the order.
Expiration: Tickets expire at 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 25, 2026. Unused tickets cannot be rolled over to future years.
All Sales Final! No refunds, exchanges, or returns once purchased.
Weather Policy: Open rain or shine, unless in extreme weather. Inflatables cannot operate in high winds or rain, but remaining activities will remain open. In the event of extreme weather closures, tickets remain valid for any other remaining operating day in the 2026 season.
