How to care for your fresh tree:

When you get your tree home, store in a cool, shady spot if not immediately going to put up.  When ready to bring inside, make a fresh, 1 inch cut off the bottom and place in a sturdy stand that holds at least a gallon of water.

Your tree will be very thirsty the first few weeks!
Do not let your tree run out of water!

If the base dries out, the sap will form a seal over the cut end and the tree will not be able to absorb water and will dry out quicker.

To help your tree stay fresh longer, keep away from any heaters, vents, fireplaces, etc…

Remember to be safe!  Do not leave your tree lit while away, keep away from flames or heaters, check your lights and ornaments for safety hazards, etc…
